Muitas eu escrevi
Tive coragem de falar tudo que não falei quando estava ao seu lado
Muitas rabisquei
Fiz traços tentando desenhar aquele rosto amado
Muitas amassei..
E imaginava que aquela era a mesma maneira que estaria meu coração
Outras eu rasguei
Pensando que deixaria em pequenos pedaços minha desilusão
Horas e horas fiquei
Tentando achar uma desculpa para escrever e você me perdoar
Outras até selo coloquei
Mais faltou a coragem e sobrou orgulho para ela não postar
É, foram as cartas..
O motivo de minha aflição
Pois a mesma me mostrava
Qual a distância que de você estava, e era bem maior a distância que estava do seu coração

Many I wrote
I had the courage to say everything I did not say when I was by your side
Many scrawled
I made traces trying to draw that beloved face
A lot of them ..
And I imagined that it was the same way that my heart would be
Others I tore
Thinking that I would leave in small pieces my disappointment
Hours and hours stayed
Trying to find an excuse to write and you forgive me.
Others until seal I put
More lacked the courage and there was pride left for her not to post
Yes, it was the letters ..
The reason for my affliction
Because the same one showed me
How far away you were, and the distance from your heart was far greater
