Quando o suplício sufoca-me o peito.
Aconchega-me em teu leito.
Abraça-me bem forte.
Não me deixe a própria sorte.
E estenda-me o calor de teu amor.
Pra não sofrer tamanha dor.
Aqueça-me com teu carinho.
Envolva-me em teu ninho.
Não quero temer o vazio.
De um quarto sombrio.
Sem o calor de um abraço sentir.
Pois necessito muito de ti.
Nada será preciso dizer.
Basta que ouça o teu coração bater.
O silencio é a receita,
O amor a dose perfeita.
Que toda dor irá passar.
Para esta suplica curar.

When the ordeal stifles my chest.
Hugs me in your bed.
Hold me tight.
Do not leave me to fend for themselves.
And extend me the warmth of your love.
Not to suffer such pain.
Warm me with your affection.
Wrap me in your nest.
I do not want to fear the void.
In a dark room.
Without the warmth of a hug feel.
For I need you very much.
Nothing goes without saying.
Just listen to your heart beat.
The silence is the recipe,
Love the perfect dose.
That all pain will pass.
For this begs heal.
